DESCRIPTION
1.     The upper part of press is the tabletting device which consists of 12/16/17 sets or dies, upper and lower punches uniformlly arranged in a circle on the turret and each set is assembled as one unit. The tail ends of upper and lower punches are inserted in the fixed cam tracks. When the turret revolves, the tail ends of upper and lower punches travel along the cam tracks and at the same tne the upper and lower punches move up and down, thus achieving the tabletting operation.
2.     The principal working process is as follow：(1)filling; (2)pressing; (3)ejecting. These three operation carried out carried out continuously one after another. Easily operated adjusting devices with calibrated dial are provided for regulating the filling and preesing respectively.
3.     This Press adopts a segmental feeding grate for uniform filing to reduce the weight difference between tablets produced.
4.     The motor mounted in the frame of the press and drives the turret through v-belt and worm set. A stopples speed variation device is mounted on the motor shaft, this by shifting the motor stepless speed variation can be obtained reliably and noiselessly.
5.     On the side of frame is mounted a powde extracting, box in which are contained air blower. Collecting chamber and filtering chamber. The flying powder and the material droppings from the dies during high speed running are removed by the suction nozzles to prevent any sticking of the material in the die cavities to ensure smooth operation.
